Many Christians believe that just because they’re saved, washed in the Blood of Jesus, that they can do or act anyway they please. They don’t believe or know that there are consequences to their actions. Many are baby Christians, those who are still on milk and have not moved onto the meat of the Word of God.
1 Corinthians 3:1-3 (KJV)
1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?
The Word tells us that whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap. We all live by the law of seed time and harvest, whatever actions we do or words we speak are seeds. The results of those words or actions are fruit or harvest.
Galatians 6:6-8 (KJV)
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
If for instance you sow something good like giving a gift to someone or buying them a meal, you’ve sown to the spirit which is goodness. (Gal.5:22) You will receive goodness in return, something good is in store for you.
On the other hand if you steal something from someone or have said mean and nasty things about them, you’ve sown to the flesh. The fruit or harvest of those deeds which are wrath and strife brings more of the same which is corruption or disaster to yourself.
Sinners or unsaved people for the most part could care less what they do. Many don’t care what the Bible says about doing good or right. On the other hand a believer who doesn’t do right and continues in these wrong actions are heading down a road where up ahead the bridge is out. There is certain disaster approaching and he needs to change course, this is done by repentance. Repentance is: turning away from, as in changing direction from the wrong path to the right one
In the 13th Chapter of the Gospel of Luke Jesus taught on this.
Luke 13:1-5 (NKJV)
1 There were present at that season some who told Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
2 And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things?
3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
4 Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?
5 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”

Our Lord Jesus is telling us in the passage to simply change our way of thinking and acting and head in the direction He has set before us, that always brings us abundant life and victory. Repentance is the way out of trouble.
John 10:10 (NKJV)
10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
1 John 1:8-9 (NKJV)
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If you have sinned in anyway, come to God and ask His forgiveness and He’ll forgive you and forget it. And you forget the sin also and never bring it up again because it no longer exists.
Pray this after me:
Heavenly Father, please forgive me for __________________ I repent of doing it and ask you to cleanse me right now in the Blood of the Lamb, my Lord Jesus. Thank you for everything in Jesus Name, Amen.
If you have missed it once, twice or three times ask the Lord for forgiveness. He loves you and wants you clean and whole. Jesus did the hard part for us. Praise the Lord!-BTTIZ

  1. I’ve been surfing online more than three hours lately, but I by no means discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is lovely price sufficient for me. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made just right content as you did, the internet will likely be a lot more helpful than ever before. “Dignity is not negotiable.
