John 3:16 (NKJV)
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Romans 10:9-13 (NKJV)
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Because of the disobedience of Adam in the Garden of Eden, Mankind fell into sin and bondage to the evil one Satan. Satan and his angels were sentenced to Hell and the “Lake of Fire” in the near future. Mankind shares in that fate because all of mankind came from Adam. Therefore God sent His Son Jesus to be the sacrificial lamb for all of man. He paid the penalty for us all technically, but we individually must believe and receive Him as our Lord and Savior. Then we’ll be saved and spend eternity ruling and reigning with Him.
Romans 5:17-19 (NKJV)
17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense (Adam) judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act (Jesus) the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.
19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
21 so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
If you say this prayer and mean it with all your heart you to will be saved and partake of the salvation that God provided for us through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.:
(Pray this audibly so that it can be heard:
Heavenly Father, I come to you and confess that I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. That He died for my sins and after 3 days you raised Him up and He’s now seated at your right hand.
Lord Jesus; I ask you to come into my life now and cleanse me. I repent of sin and I call you Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me, I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I may serve you from now on through eternity in Jesus Name, Amen.
That’s it, it’s that simple. Jesus did the hard part. Welcome to the family! You are born again and a new creation in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!
This was step 1 the most important part. Next find yourself a good local church that believes in preaching and teaching the Word of God, believes in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. This gives you the power to be a powerful witness for the Lord Jesus. Get water baptized, it represents the washing away of the old man and the beginning of the new man.
Acts 2:1-4 (NKJV)
1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 2:38 (KJV)
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
